
Qatar shares peace draft with DR Congo, M23 rebels as deadline looms

Ahead of an August 18 deadline, a Qatari official on Sunday said Qatari negotiators had shared a draft peace deal with the Congolese government and M23 rebels. Doha is set to host a new round of negotiations, the official added.
