
Jihadists kill scores in attack on town in northeast Nigeria

Jihadists killed at least 63 people, including five soldiers, in a town in northeastern Nigeria where residents had recently returned from a displacement camp, the state governor said on Saturday. Residents said dozens of fighters arrived on motorbikes, firing assault rifles and torching homes.
