Guinea-Bissau army has 'taken control' ahead of election results

A group of army officials has reportedly 'taken charge' in Bissau, with gunshots heard near election commission and all borders closed. Authorities have not given any reason for the events, which come amid a tense electoral period, as FRANCE 24's Caitlin Kelly reports.
