UN warns of 'regional conflagration' over eastern DR Congo

UN peacekeeping chief Jean-Pierre Lacroix warned Friday of the risk of conflagration in DR Congo's Great Lakes region as M23 rebels make territorial gains there. The US ambassador accused Rwanda, which supports the M23, of leading the region toward war.
